STRAWBERRIES

"The taste of summer" has come and gone!  The strawberry season is now over and we thank you so much for your business.  Our summer raspberries are also done for the season.  Because of the early spring, they were harvested earlier than ever before in our berry history.  Look for our fresh, field ripened berries once again next summer, beginning in mid to later June for the strawberries and early July for the raspberries.  Hopefully, we will have plenty of snow this coming winter to provide adequate insulation for a normal crop next summer.  Mild winters are a great treat for us "Northerners" but not so great a gift to those perennials!
